I'm expecting a complete transformation in my spine. My whole body needs a makeover. My feet are flat, my nerves are pinched, and my chiropractor is saying that if I don't make a change in myself, I won't recognize my self anymore.

So, I need to make a change, a drastic one, but this is also a much needed kick in the behind to wake me up to what is happening in my body.
I'm having to do a complete transformation in my everyday routines, this includes a more thoughtful approach to eating, taking the proper supplements, getting the proper orthotics (my feet were scanned to be as flat as pancakes), doing the chiropractor's recommended exercises, doing the new workout regimen exercises, running with the dogs 1.75 miles everyday, analyzing my sleep habits, and most importantly, creating a schedule to fit all of this into each day.
I'm sure there's something that I'm forgetting, this is overwhelming, my remedy will be to get this out of my head and into a universal awareness of connection to what is and what will be. To do the aforementioned, I'm going to blurt this to anyone who will read it and it might help someone along the way who might need the same holistic approach to healing.
As I digress, I realize that the next step is to outline the next logical paths to wellness:
I. Eating
II. Supplements
IIa. Supplement Analysis
III. Custom Orthotics
IV. Chiropractor's Exercises
V. MaxT3 Workout
VI. Running with the pups
VII. Sleep Analysis
VIII. Daily Schedule
IX. The other things that aren't currently coming to mind. Instead of getting overwhelmed,
*I need to get a day planner and I'm going to start getting this list above (I-VIII) addressed...
I. Eating; I have a Nutrition Guide and a Recipe book, time to pick out some recipes. This will be an ongoing, regularly updated, separate blog.
A. Calorie Analysis will be done once some recipes are decided upon.
II. Supplements; a list of what I'm currently taking is below:
A. Multi+ Omega
B. Glucosamine Chondroitin
C. Tru Niagen
D. Magnesium
E. B Complex BIG 100
IIa. Supplement Analysis; These supplements are good, but I don't want to take what I don't need. Further analysis is necessary to ensure that I'm actually using the correct supplements and if I need to add or remove anything to or from the established supplement regimen.
III. Custom Orthotics; new ones are on the way! Hopefully this will help with the hip pains that I'm experiencing. I think they will have the most impact on running everyday and I'll use them in my running shoes.
IV. Chiropractor's Exercises; these are exercises customized to my spinal condition to help with the intended adjustments being made at the clinic.
V. MaxT3 Workout; these are quick 20 minute exercise drills that I do in the afternoon.
VI. Running with the pups; I run with my dogs every day for 1.75 miles. We run at their pace and they love it, we all have a great time bonding during these runs.
A. kcal Analysis in comparison with Eating Calorie Analysis to verify proper calorie intake according to kcal's burned during exercise.
VII. Sleep Analysis; TBD
IX. Daily Schedule; Under development
